Newborn Acne on a 6 week old?


So my son has Newborn acne not just on his face but on his chest and arms too. My doctor told us to give him a bath every 2 days now instead of once or twice a week. Also to try fregrance free lotion which he gave us samples of. I was wondering if anyone's baby has had this problem where the acne wasnt just on the face but all over the place? What worked for you? How long did it take for the acne to go away?

my sons went away at around 3 months ... we just used fragrance free stuff because all the fragranced stuff made it worse .. hes allergic to cheap wipes and we can use any bubble bath or oil stuff on him coz he gets a rash even now and hes sixth months old ... i just used sorbolene cream on him in the bath ...
