Is using anti-aging products bad for youthful/teenage skin?
I have been using Estee Lauder Anti-Aging Creme, which is somewhat like a moisturizer, on my face, after cleaning with Neutragena Oil-Free Grapefruit Facial Scrub with Microbeads.
I was wondering though, is it good to use anti-aging products on skin that hasn't aged? Or skin that is youthful still? I'm a teenager - almost 18 - and I know some products aren't good for your skin, but is using anti-aging products good for my skin at my age?
Anti aging ingredients are simply ingredients that help support and regenerate your skin. So they definitely won't hurt. If you spend any time outside in the sun, or have any kind of skin damage they will be beneficial.
A moisturizer is also beneficial at any age. However, you may want to do your cleansing and moisturizing in the morning before going out and let your skin breath at night.
One thing you should be careful about at your age is the scrubs. Exfoliating is really not that necessary, but if you do it occasionally, say once a week or so should be ok. You just want to be careful of that tight, dry, skin feeling. It means you overdid it.

Best Anti Aging Remedies
Where as topical anti aging treatments may only show small improvements, people must realize today that it is actually our insides that we need to look after and cherish as much as the outside of our bodies.
