neutrogena or burts bee for ACNE?
umm neutrogena deep clean cream cleanser OR
burts bees deep cleansing cream soapbark and chamomile its natural but i dont htink its oil free
but i do have dry skin with some oil in the t zone. AND I GET BREAKOUTS:(

Cleansers are probably more important than moisturisers. You could try one of the many over the counter cleanser/degreasers, most are based on peroxide, Panoxyl is a typical example. If this fails the next step is to see your GP for topical or oral antibiotics. Avoid tetracycline and oxytetracyline as they are awkward to take and not very effective, minocycline or lymecycline are better.
