Omega 3 STRANGE PROBLEM ? ?
Ok i was a heavy omega 3 fish oils user (1 year or so) and felt really ok,i used them for my acne but also my mood was lifted and i felt really good but very angry and irritable.
A week ago i decided to stop taking the pills and i noticed that im no longer angry and im more sociable and happy.
any suggestions? is this normal?
I've never heard of this before. I take from 2000-4000mg daily & I haven't had that reaction.
