Can Fish Oil Omega-3 Be Bad For you?


i just starting taking omega 3 fish oil in order for my hair to grow also i heard it will help with acne?
are there any negatives to taking fish oil ?

i can think of only one, omega3 supplements are derived from the skin fo fish, so the only negative thing would be if the skin was toxin due to pollution or whatever thing there is in the factory producing these supplements.
