i bought a blackhead remover but it does not seem to work..any help?
its my first time using it so i really don't know if i am using it correctly. i have like a million disgusting & annoying nose blackheads and only a couple of the gross blackheads on my nose came out,the rest are stil there.are there any techniques that you are suppost to do to extract them or anything?? thx!
Hi the one I bought in Body shop looked more like a spanner, useless. so I steamed my face and squeezed, yes you guessed it, it worked a treat.
is now this mountain of crap built up under my skin. It's not really noticeable (it's on my cheek), but it's really starting to bother the hell outta me. It's been there for quite some time....oh, three, four years and I just can't take it anymore! I've tried those stupid blackhead removers and tried to squeeze it out, but nothing works! Any tips on how to get this out? Do I have to see a dermatologist? (Please don't say I do!)
Good answers guys..thanks!! You can still see the blackhead itself...but there is a layer of skin over it. I've squeezed this sucker out before and it was this white, stringy crap that seemed to keep coming out for an eternity. I was left with a big, fat, ugly scab on my face and it hurt for days. I guess I'll have to bite the bullet and see a dermatologist. Let's just hope that this doesn't empty my wallet!
A black head can't last for years. It sounds like a mole. A blackhead will eventually work it's way out of your skin and if you wash your face at all, it will clear up eventually. Hate to say it, but you may have developed mole, which could be completely harmless, but better safe than sorry. And stop picking at it or squeezing it. If it's got anything bacterial or worse, all you will do is spread it around. Leave it be and see a dermatologist.
