I keep breaking out with acne in one part of my face only?
When it finally clears up and goes away completely I'll break out again as in a cluster of pimples just under my mouth. Why doesn't it happen anywhere else?
Spots under the mouth (the chin) i heard are caused by fatty, greasy foods. Therefor cut these down and don;'t hang around where food is being fried as that can lead to oil sticking to your face!
It could also be a multiple of other reasons such as a unclean pillow or duvet. When sleeping try not to cover your face at all, in order for air to penetrate or refresh the skin. Don't cover up with anything. Also don't lean on your chin with your hands when your bord. Use a good cleanser such as Clean and Clear Cream Wash- its really helped me a lot!!
