What should be my face care routine?
I have combination skin. my skin tends to dry where i dont get acne. i have blackheads and enlarged pores on my nose, but i hav few acne. my nose is shiny and i get pimples on my cheeks by my nose and around my eyebrows.
what should be my skin care routine? i need one cause i dont have one. and if this helps, i get stressed out alot because of alot of school work.

We all have different skin, but yours seems similar to what mine used to be like. I actually was sick of acne so i went to the dermatologists and she prescribed me a face wash, face lotion, and retin-a micro pump. I do use other products though. (If you did go to the derm. you probably wouldnt get the same products that was prescribed to me so I wont say the medication name, but i will say the other popular product names that I use)
*Well here's my daily face routine:*
1. In the morning, i wash my face with the prescribed face wash (you can use a creamy face wash instead)
2. After, I apply face lotion AND neutrogena face sun tan lotion and let it absorb into my skin for a while before I put on makeup
3. During the day, if I see a pimple, I use neutrogena's clear pore oil- eliminating astringent to dry it up.
4. At the end of the day, I wash my face with warm water and use clearasil ultra daily face wash. I also use this face wash after I come home from soccer or if i feel like my face is dirty. If i am not going to sleep after i use this wash, then I put more face lotion on
5. Before I go to sleep, I apply the retin-a micro gel. (I'm not sure if you can get this on a shelf, but you might be able to get it over the counter. If you cannot, then you can look for a product that you can leave on your face overnight that will get rid of bacteria deep in your skin.
~So the main thing I must do is wash my face and apply lotion AND sun tan lotion everday. I have to use sun tan lotion because the retin-a gel could cause my skin to burn easier. If you see that your face is becoming dry and is peeliing, i suggest that you always remember to put lotion after you wash your face. After a while, your face will not be sensitive to the face washes, which means it wont dry up. I know i use a lot of products, but I'm 15, and I use to have breakouts on my forehead and cheeks. Now, I rarely ever get a pimple, and my skin is left with a few acne scars that are fading and getting less noticeable everyday. So i hope you can use atleast a few steps in my daily face wash routine that will help you clear your acne situation.
P.S- Once a week, I use "Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque" which is face mask that you leave on for 15 minutes. This product helps dry up pimples, rinses away blackheads, shrink pores. My mom bought it at Sally's Beaty Store and it works like magic!
