I have a problem with pimples and oily skin and not sure what I am doing is helping. Advise me please.?
I am a 20 old Kenyan black male. I really have oily skin and pimples. I wash my face in the morning with Neem soap and also in the evening. I do not apply anything on my body. I do not want to apply anything at all. I have done this for two months and still I have pimples. What am I doing wrong?what should I do?
for reducing the pimples you should atleast drink 12 glass of water everyday, you should avoid taking too much of junk foods containing oil, don't allow dust to accumilate on your face.

Acne Pimples
When you have an oily skin, there are chances that you can develop acne pimples. Oily skin can also lead to zits rough pores and blackheads. For teenagers who are so conscious of their bodies and looks, such blemishes can be an emotional roller coaster.
Although getting a pimple or a skin rash is not such a big deal, knowing how to take care of an oily skin can help you keep such ’embarrassing’ blemishes at bay. In this society where looks and flawless skin are considered important and a boost to self-confidence, everything possible should be done to avert the occurrence of a pimple.
Oily skin is as a result of overactive sebaceous glands that produce excess oil making the skin to look shiny. The excess oil blocks the pores and sometimes it may lead to acne pimples. This condition is at times hereditary while in other cases it is aggravated by what you eat as well as your hormone levels. Use of certain cosmetic products and excessive exposure to heat can also put you at risk. Pregnancy and use of birth control pills can also cause the blemishes.
This condition is prevalent among teenagers because of their changing hormonal activity. As you outgrow adolescence, the condition becomes less frequent. This is because at this stage, your skin becomes dryer thereby reducing the chances of developing a pimple. If you have an oily skin, wash your face with plenty of hot water at least three times a day. Use a good facial cleanser as well. You can also avoid acne pimples by eating less foods that are rich in sugar and fats. Remember to drink a lot of water too.
