Pixel Laser Acne Scars

Should I buy the murad or just wait to get my laser surgery in the Philippines?


I'm going to the Philippines for a month in a week and my main purpose there is to get laser surgery (pixel: since i'm asian, its better for my skin because I am darker). It will cost me $900 for 3 sessions. The doctor is well known because he caters to local celebrities. I don't have severe acne anymore but I did and it left me with acne scars and pigmentation. But I saw an advertisement for Murad and I was wondering if it works or not. So which is a better option? Or should I buy Murad at sephora for 36$ and get the laser surgery to remove my acne scars?
I put this under singles because this section is a lot more active.

I understand putting it here, but I think maybe the people who read and answer in the Skin Conditions category might have more knowledge.
