What are some good Anti-oxidents my fiance should take? ( That help skin)?


My fiance doesnt, and WONT eat healthy .. or see a doctor regularly. . or even when he is sick. He he has very oily tempermental skin. He will break out with large blemishes/boils ( especially when he gets sick) and also get cysts. I know he really needs to eat healthier and drink more water to detoxify his body ( but he doesnt care and wont). He said he will take whatever kind of vitamin I give him. Are there any kind of antioxidant suppiments that will help cleanse him?? or any other way to help prevent these breakouts of boils on cysts on his body?? Please help .. . i love my fiance. . but it is nasty. . plus they hurt him :(

Have em take zinc. My neighbor gave it to her two teens that were breaking out really bad. Within a couple months their faces looked clear!...I personally take flaxseed and my 48 year old face hadn't look this smooth in eons!

Is The Master Cleanse Diet Safe?


I REALLY need to detoxify my body and I've been considering the Colonic Irrigation and the Master Cleanse diet routes. I wonder if either one is safe. Plus, I hear that you can lose a bunch of weight from this also! Please let me know if this is something that I should do. (Medical Professionals Especially!)
If someone could please give me some medical insight. i want to know which is better, Colonix or the Master Cleanse.

I am not a medical professional but i know people who have done the master cleanse and they swear by it. I believe it is safe but heard that you shouldn't do it more than twice a year.
