Neutrogena Acne Stress Control do i wash it off or leave it on like lotion?


Neutrogena Acne Stress Control, 3-in-1 Hydrating Acne it says cleanse skin then apply medication onto infected area , and it says its non-pore clogging what does it mean does it mean wash it off like face wash or leave it on like lotion??
these are the directions : cleanse the skin throughly before applying medication .cover the entire affeced area with a thin layer ont to three times daily. wht does it mean?? wash it off or leave it on??

by cleansing, it means to say that you should cleanse your skin first, so just wash your skin.

and then after your skin dries, put the lotion on.
