Proactiv Acne Treatment Moisturizer

Please help!! I am starting to breakout a lot! What am i doing wrong?? 10 points for best answer!?


I am currently using the Neutrogena stress control power-cream wash, with the stress control toner, and the neutrogena oil-free moiturizer. My face seems to be so oily all the time, I decided to go on this all natural diet in hope for clear skin. I am drinking lots of water and eating veges. I started this diet 3 days ago. But I need a very good acne treatment for everyhing to work well. Can you guys pleae suggest something? even natural remedies will do.

Since the past to days, I have been taking the steam and then applying the egg white and lemon face mask.and then right after I use the Netrogena cleanser followed by the toner and moisturizer.

Please HELP! suggest anythingg! I badly need a good acne treatment. and I have already tried Proactiv..hated it,and Acne Free.. it was worse than Proactiv. so yeah. thanks<3
I really wanna stop using all these over the counter products, but I am afraid I'll break out even more. Please suggest a gentle cleanser that can be used?

I had really bad oily skin, but then after I drank about 6 cups of green tea with about 2 bags for each cup, my face started breaking out worse then it did. I heard it was a great antioxidant.

Then later did my skin start clearing up and I had NO pimples, blackheads, etc. I had PERFECT skin with a natural healthy glow. I did it for one whole summer.

I'm vegan now and not drinking as much green tea. I have a little bit of oily skin, but I swear it was the green tea that cleared up my skin.

Also, scrubbing your face with soap helps at least once a day or two. Get the water really hot enough to take the heat hot, this helps open your pores. Then scrub to take the unwanted dirt and all else. When you rinse your face off, turn off the hot water and turn on the cold water. the cold water closes your pores up.
