Proactiv Cleanser Toner
Can anyone give me some hints on using the Proactiv range?
HI all,
I've just bought the 3 step range from Proactiv- the cleanser, toner and repairing lotion. I bought it from a reputable seller on ebay, as here in the UK we can't buy Proactiv with Benzoyl Peroxide, we can only buy a much milder form.
Only thing is, I'm not sure of the frequency with which it can be used? Should it be used twice a day? I've been using it twice a day for about a week now, and while it seems OK at night, when I use it inthe morning it tends to burn a little and make my skin go red. I do have very sensitive skin, so I don't know if this is normal?
Also, is it OK to put makeup on over once you've used it in the morning? I can go without makeup on my days off, but while at work it's a necessity.
And how long should it be used for? ie A few weeks at a time, or continuously for as long as you need it?
And I guess sunbathing/ sunbeds are out of the question?
Any other hints/ advice you all have would be greatly appreciated, thank you 
Generally, wash your hands, wet your face, use the first step for about 1 - 2 mins, pat dry with a towel, use step 2 formula, wait for it to dry, use the last step and use very little. Hopefully these links will give you the information you need.

Why Does Oil Cause Breakouts [DermTV.com Epi #247]
ok i need a cleanser, toner, and moisterizer.... what should i use?
i am looking for a very good acne/pimple system... i do have sensitive and oily skin and yes i have tried proactiv dried it out! so i need a 123 step that you can do every day and night! thanks!
Your problem is you are using too many products. that's why proactiv dried out your skin. Here are some things to do-
1- Wash your pillow cases. a lot of people over look this.
2. only wash your face once a day using a ph balanced cleanser, i suggest PHisoderm, and i suggest doing it at night
3. i use aveeno lotion to moisturize, but only right after i wash and before i apply makeup.
4- you can spot treat large pimples with a spot treatment, i use Oxy spot treatment, works great for me.
you don't need to use a whole product line to get results, mix and match to find what suits your skin the best. also keep in mind, the dryer you try to make your skin, the more you are going to break out.
