Proactive Solution Acne Products

Acne Skin Care Products?


I have combination skin, and am very prone to breakouts. I have tried Clinique Acne Solutions and also Proactive. I have just learned, from trying both lines, that I am allergic to Benzynol Peroxide. Is there any really great products that work just as well without the peroxide as an ingredient?
As another consideration- money is tight and I dont have health insurance right now...
Thanks for all your help. I found this organic stuff from Juice Beauty (found at Sephora). It is 95% organic and has all yummy juices and vitamins and antioxidants. I only used it twice and I swear my skin is looking better already! I love it! Go try it yourself its wonderful!!!!!!!

If you actually want a fix to your problem, rather than messing around with products that may or may not do much of anything, then go see a Dermatologist. They deal with acne all the time,a nd know fixes for any skin type. They also have access to things far more powerful and effective than you can buy in the store.

Proactive Solutions -- LYING BITCHES!



I'm breaking out after using proactive solution how can I stop this acne?


I never had a problem with acne, other than a pimple here and there during my menstrual cycle. I thought I'd use proactive to take care of this, but now my face looks terrible after using the product! I have pimples everywhere! This happened immediately after using this horrible product, I kept using it thinking it will get worse before it gets better but it just kept getting worse. I've stopped using it after 3 weeks and now I have acne scars, new pimples every day (painful ones). What should I do? How can I get rid of these zits and pimples? I'm to the point of considering a dermatologist, I dont know if my insurance covers it thougth. What products would you recommend? Any suggestions please!

You don't scrub really hard into your face, that just creates more damage and pimples. You have to lightly put it on and rinse it off. Trust me, you get more pimples during your period. I'm on mine right now and I broke out a lot, it's not the products fault.
