Has anyone out there used it and did it work for you? Did you lose any weight from doing this cleanser? We saw a Dr. on one of the shows that advised of using Quick Cleanse and that people lost 15 + pounds when they used it. I am, of course, a little skeptical. It was told that this product can be bought at CVS Pharmacy, among others. I did a search on sea salt colon cleanser and it does not mention the weight lose. But it does tell you to you need to supplement with a probiotic such as Latero-Flora or Primal Defense. Let me know what results you have had with this method. Or if you have something else that works just as well. Thanks!!
Yes, I've used it. But I was doing the Master Cleanse Diet (the book I read was by Tom Woloshyn), it is an EXCELLENT way to detox and lose weight. Yes, I totally recommend. I was on this cleanse for 10 straight days and I lost 11lbs. The sea salt bath is used every morning to flush all toxins out. It does not taste good, you have to mix 2 tsp in a quart of water, it kinda makes you gag, but you can drink it slowly and pretty soon (half hour or so later) you will have this HUGE urge to just GO! It does not make you have cramps, just this immediate need to eliminate. It is unbelievable the amount of *C R A P* that you can eliminate with this sea salt bath. Also, I used the Smooth Move tea (herbal laxative) at night time. So these two combined were GREAT! Stuff stuck in your colon for years and years really do come out, and the smell is unbelievable. Also, expect to eliminate parasites (I also used Parastroy, it's a herbal parasite cleanser, great product... you can find on health food stores as well). I TOTALLY recommend you reading this book by Tom Woloshyn and doing this cleanse. I am going for another one soon. Don't take anything that is not herbal. Never take laxatives over the counter or prescription, they just ruin your whole body. Go with the herbal stuff. Believe me, if it hadn't worked for me I would not recommend it. I feel so much better, my skin is glowing and I have normal bowel movements right now.
