Problems Pimples I am suffering from skin problems like pimples, blemishes, acne....Is there any way to get rid of them?
Well my skin is effected by pimples and scars. I have been using different products to remove them but in vain. So can anyone hre help me to know some really effective methods that could help me to clear my skin! I feel very disturb going out because of the thought of looking bad. So plz help me out . Thanking You
You'll get this sorted so don't worry.
Eat lots of fruit and veg, and limit the greasy foods that you eat
Drink LOTS of water & fresh fruit juices
Take supplements, Zine, Vitamin E and B are to improve skin condition
Change pillowcases every night
If your hair is not really short, tie it up as much as tyou can so it doesn't make your face dirty/greasy
Keep your hands away from your face as much as possible and keep your hands clean
Then stop using the prodcuts you already have which don't work. You need to try Dermologica, those products are developed by the International Dermal Institute - they know their stuff!
If you are in the UK go to www.perfectskindirect.co.uk, where you can get a free online consulatition, after which the tell you which prodcuts would be best to clear up your problem, they'll send some samples and see what results you get. If you not in the UK go online and search for "Dermalogica" suppliers and i'm sure you'll find a good website to order from.
I don't have acne like the acne you think of in the commercials. My skin is pretty clear, except my daily battle with single zits. It's very frustrating. I've tried everything: proactiv, stridex, neutrogena, clearskin, and plain soap and water. Nothing works.
My next step would be to see a specialist about it, but I'd like to avoid that if possible. Does anyone know of any remedies for pimples? I'll take any suggestion at this point.
It's going to sound strange, but use a dab of toothpaste on a single pimple before you go to bed. It drains most of the oil below the surface of the skin, which DOES dry out the skin but essentially makes the area less infected. It's perfect for smaller cases like this, but if the number of pimples increases you should see a specialist who can give you an antibiotic to take as well. Hope this helps.
