Any good products for adult acne/acne scars?


I am SO annoyed with my acne. I thought it would clear up when I got older (I'm 23), but it hasn't. I don't have a lot of pimples, just a few places where they are very persistent and keep coming back. Also I have a few acne scars. I'm sick of having to wear makeup all the time (and just so you know I wear makeup that doesn't clog my pores and all that). What are some products that will help clear up my acne and keep it from coming back?
