would this be a good skin care routine?
morning -
wash face with warm water
night
use garnier pure gel scrub daily
body shop tea tree foaming cleanser
every second day - st ives apricot scrub
i have combination skin

Doing a scrub daily is way to much for your face. Our face needs much more gentle care then the rest of the skin on our body. A scrub should be used only twice a week.
Also, the apricot scrub is too strong for your face ( even if it does say its for your face) I would use it on your body instead. Try finding a scrub with rounder scrub beads, its better for your face.
I think a good skin routine would be: -Face wash in the morning, followed by a toner so it regulates the ph of your skin and helps keep the germs away. A moisturizer (especially if you put on makeup).
-At night, use the same face wash, a toner if desired and a night cream if desired. Night creams are more concentrated and help moisturize your face over night.
-Do a scrub or/and a face mask once or twice per week.
-To wash your face, you can also use a rotary brush that does a deep cleanse.
