Rapid Peel Microdermabrasion
Can someone help me find out why i am breaking out?
I'm really not sure why i am!
My diet hasn't changed much (also, i don't believe food has anything to do with breaking out) and im currently using the olay mini-facial peel once in the morning on my face and then neutrogena oil-free acne face wash at night and then the rapid clear fight and fade gel by neutrogena at night time.
Also, im using the neutrogena healthy skin microdermabrasion type kit four times a week and a facial peel by neutrogena called the acne mark fading peel.
But basically, that is all and ill except any answers! Please help! Fanks!
Well stress can play a huge factor but also microdermabraision is a very evasive skin treatment (meaning it is very rough on the skin) and doing it 4 times a week on top of the facial peel is too much for your skin to handle all at once. That kind of wear and tear on the skin can cause you to break out. Remember your face has very delicate skin and any kind of strong treatments will guarantee acne.
If i were you I would use the microdermabraision kit once every 2-3 weeks at least. The facial peel once a month. During the rest of the time use a gentle cleanser and facial moisturizer two times a day everyday. I use Olay facial wash when I wake up and before I go to bed. Right afterward I apply my Olay facial moisturizer with SPF 15 after every face wash.
