When washing my face, I like to first wet it w/ warm water, cleanse it w/ my cleanser, & wash away the cleanser w/ ice cold water. Is this bad ? I like to do this b/c it feels refreshing & closes up my pores. But is too cold water bad for you ? Does it break your capillaries ?
