Remove Acne Fast

What's the fastest/easiest way to remove acne? Does picking at it help?


sometimes i pick at my pimple/acne when it gets white and big
is that bad? why? how else can i get rid of it? ~thanks

I had bad acne as a teenager. I was prescribed benzomycin (don't know about that spelling) for a few years with marginal results. What really cleared me up I think was Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. I'd wash 2-3 times a day, maybe more depending on if I was sweaty or had recently eaten greasy food. Your face might feel a bit tingly and dry for about a half hour after using it but that's the only drawback. Within about a year or less my acne was under control. An occasional pimple still pops up at 26 but that just happens. Also, I think what helped is I wasn't quite so stressed any more. I got used to my job, had school at a decent performance level, etc. Really, I think it's a mixture of the neutrogena acne wash, cutting back on chocolate/greasy foods, and keeping my stress level down. Oh, and if you have to touch your face, move your hair, etc, then do it with the back of you hand instead of an oily dirty palm. Might sound silly but most of the dirt on your face comes from the palms of your hands.
OH! and 1 more thing. Even I still do this at 26. If you have an annoying pimple you want to pop or at least to scratch off the white part, use the neutrogena wash on it a few times for a day and then during the half-hour you're skin feels dry after washing it, the zit will be kinda scabby and should just peel right off. You might bleed a bit but just make sure to wash that spot extra good for a few days.

How do you remove acne bruises?


I don't have that much acne but when i wash my face or apply medicine they go away then i have bruises on some. I think i may be putting everything on too hard but it gets me mad because I do everything right and there are light red marks under my skin (They are not scars). From far away it still looks like I have acne but I don't. Anyone know a way to make them disapear faster because they do disipear but it takes for ever!
