1 day or 3 days if possible i need help fro the guys cuz we all have that time where acne spreads like wild fire b4 that special day.

3.do not sweat as much as normal and if you begin to move your hair out of your face or head.

and 4.Dont pick at it or it will open up the pores letting in grease and crap from your sweat and hair.
