Remover Cleansing Milk
What is cleansing milk used for?
Is it just a make-up remover, or as a substitute for moisturiser for people with dry skin? Also, which brands are best?
Cleansing milk is used to remove traces of dirt, excess oil and make-up from the skin. People with dry skin or combination/dry skin tend to use cleansing milks so that they don't strip their skin of natural (and essential) oils (people with oily skin tend to use a foaming wash or sometimes a gel - it depends on the formulation by the manufacturer). You are 'supposed' to tone your skin and then moisturise after cleansing to complete the routine. My favourite cleansers are Burt's Bees Orange cleansing gel (great for combination skin), another is Jurlique cleansing milk. it's all trial and error to find the one that suits you - visit a department store and see if you can get some free samples....

Colon Cleansing Diet Do’s and Don’t
Colon cleansing is very important in order to remove wastes and toxic materials from colon. It has a number of benefits from improving digestion to skin care. 8. Triphala is a classical ayurvedic preparation that contain amalaki, bhibitaki and haritaki. It helps in evacuating the bowel and is considered as one of the best body detoxifier and facilitates expulsion of toxins out of the body.
