what is a hydrating cleanser?
is it a wash that you rinse off? or is it like an astringent that you leave on? i feel stupid, but the directions do not say to rince it off. I have Olay moisture replenishing mousse cleanser and it does not say to rince it off and i do not know if i should rince it off or leave it on after cleaning my face.
