How to get rid o Blackheads and pimples?


I have blackheads and pimples, i am embarassed to go out in public cause i look so ugly any tips?

You need to buy a black head squeezer, you can buy this from The Body Shop or any major retailers.

If you are that worried about it, probably best to visit the doctor and get some advice – they may decide to put you on some medication which will clear it up.

Alternatively – get a tissue and ensure that you hands are washed and do not touch the blackhead (comedone) directly.

Press firmly at the edges of the spot and wiggle – this will loosen the sebum and the black centre will come out. You should never squeeze your spots and dig your nails into the skin – this is when people get scarring.

After – cleanse, tone and moisturize the skin.

You should be exfoliating once or twice weekly – this will help to get rid of the dead skin cells and make you skin appear more radiant.

Get your self some cleanser, toner and moisturizer , exfoliant. Go and see a skin care consultant (on the makeup / body care counters and they will be able to tell you what your skin type is and then buy the products that suit your skin type.

how do i get rid of blackheads pimples on my bottom?


i tend to have some blackhead/pimples/dead skin/on my bottom i wear jeans alot and sleep in pj bottoms how can i get rid of them shal i sleep in a g string?
