How to make my skin clear and get rid of acne scars?
My acne isn't bad on my forehead or left cheek but because I sleep on my side I get a group of about 6 pimples on my right cheek. They are mostly scars now and if I can get those to go away as soon as possible then my face will be pretty much clear. So can anyone give me tips on how to keep my skin clear (because Oxy burns my skin and I need something new) and how to get rid of acne scars quickly and naturally?
Acne is an inflammatory skin disorder of the face, back, and chest. Although it is usually associated with hormone during puberty, it can also affect many adults. Whiteheads, blackheads, and pimples, result from an overgrowth of bacteria in oil-clogged pores. Keeping the skin clean is very important in helping to control acne, as taking vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements, as wells as healthy eating and exercise habits, can be very beneficial.
Doing Aerobic exercise daily will help sweat the acne away.
Try a Detoxification.
Drink 6 - 8 glasses of filtered water daily.
Eat more raw vegetables.
Eat yogurt with live cultures.
ACNE TREATMENT = Use a clean travel size bottle to mix 1 part vinegar and 10 parts water. Clean your face as usual in the morning, then carry this bottle and a few cotton balls with you so you can dab acne spots several times during the day. This solution shouldn't dry out your skin, and the vinegar will help return your skin to a natural pH balance. This treatment may also help prevent future acne outbreaks. Discontinue use if irritation worsens.

epiduo acne cream does it help with acne scars and blackheads?
my doctor gave me this gel for acne on the 29th of july. i was wondering.. does it really work? people are saying that you need to apply sun block.,. is that only when your in the sun ? i use the gel every night and the first couple day i had burning syptoms but they went away.. does that gel help with black heads? and what about acne scars?

Acne scars, yes.
Blackheads, not really.
I don't know about sunblock though. I guess?
