does using st ives scrub and then clean and clear 10% BP work for acne?
i use st ives clearing scrub in the shower, then clean and clear 10% benzol peroxide after followed by cetaphil lotion, is the scrub a good way to open up pores to allow the BP to get in?
It does a better job than just doing nothing (unless you have super sensitive skin). The BP stands for Benzine Peroxide, which is an acid that breaks up the oil on your skin. The skin Proactive has been shown to have a much better result, so if you can afford it, I would highly encourage that you give it a try.
Of course, there are even better solutions available in prescription, so if you have insurance, then you can visit a dermatologist and find out the best solution for your particular type of acne and skin type.
