How can I get rid of blackheads on my nose and chin?
I have had blackheads on my nose and on my chin since I was in the sixth grade; eight year later I've decided I'm fed up with it. I've tried everything from facial wipes to exfoliating facial scrubs that are designed to eliminate and prevent blackheads. I try to pop them out and there are so many I can't get them all out at once without the skin on my nose peeling; by the time I get the old ones out there are already new ones in the place of the pores I already cleared. I haven't tried the strips because my mom told me they never worked for her. Also, I don't wear makeup. I'm so tired of having blackheads on my face. Help!?
Products I have tried:
Biore Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser
Stridex Maximum Strength Cleansing Pads
Proactive
St. Ives Apricot Scrub
Facial masks (various types)
Facial cleansers from a spa party
Oxy Cleansing Pads
...and many more facial soaps and scrubs.
You should probably stop popping them, that won't do any good. also Sephora sells this great blackhead "vacuum" stuff that you put a drop of on each blackhead. It stings a tiny bit but it really works well! hope this helps.
