I need a meaning.................?
Ok I bought this lotion called, 'Lubiderm moisturizing lotion with sea kelp extract'. Well anyway it says it helps reatin moisture within skin, and that it is non-cosmedgenic with parenthesis next to it saying (doesn't clog pores), but then it says it's hypoallergenic. What does non-cosmedgenic mean?, What does hypoallergenic mean?
Non-comedogenic just means it won't clog the skin's pores. Hypoallergenic means it is not likely to provoke an allergic reaction.
