im 20 years old, male. have minor acne... nothing major but it is there.

i do have very sensitive and dry skin. i read online that for sensitive skin, its better to use a cream? And im not real big on products or skin care so I'm not sure which thing to check out and buy.

Fair, Dry, Sensitive, Very Acne Prone Skin - What moisturizer?


What moisturizer do those of you with this type of skin use without irritation? I really breakout from anything touching my skin at all, and detergent or fragrance will cause hives. I am 30 and getting drier skin every winter so I need to invest but I don't want another to just sit on the shelf or cause breakout. I keep my breakouts under control with a gentle soap free cleanser with glycolic acid and eating nearly perfect whole food diet and tons of water with lots of lemon ( My skin reacts from poor quality foods) I don't want to undo all my efforts of getting clear because I am so fair, it takes so long to gain even skin tone after the breakout areas. Please recommend something I would love. Thanks .

I have extremely dry skin as well, the only thing I have found that keeps my skin under control is old fashioned unscented cold cream, I wash and moisturize with it. no breakouts in 5 years now
