HELP!! My dad refuses to buy me things.?


As a teenage girl I need things, especially beauty items and clothing however my father refuses to by anything for me now and complains that I shop too much for things, which isn't true at all! I usually just buy the things I need, yet he doesn't listen when I tell him, and gives me the 'silent treatmen't :S
I'm suffering now from acne oily prone skin due to this weather here and he won't even take me to the supermarket to buy a facial wash. He says you can just use soap and water!!! :O
And I really need to buy hygine items like deodorant, cleansing wipes, anti-frizz serum and Vaseline. It's not like he can't afford to take me shopping for things; I asked him, and he just doesn't want to. What am I supposed to do?
