will a Colonic help me tighten my midsection?
I'm trying to lose the last 15 or so pounds and I've been working out and dieting for a while but my midsection isn't where I want it to be. I read that cleansing your colon can help you lose up to 15 pounds and shave about an inch off your stomach.
Is this true? Would a colonic help me with my weight loss goals?

The Weather is Changing – so Should Your Shaving Technique
In the early days, when we had just emerged from the caves, all men liked to stick to our routines day in and day out, especially when it came to our shaving technique and shaving products. Today, we know a little more about the benefits to our health from adjusting our tools and tactics to how our skin continually evolves and adjusts, and how external factors – like the weather – affects how we look and feel. It turns out that hacking away at our faces in the same manner all year is not the proper way to maintain a younger appearance, healthier skin and a slicker shave. Consider how your shaving technique should change as often as the seasons do.
Summer often brings out the best in all of us. In the quest to look good, we become terminators on a mission to refinish our faces and necks, rid our skins of oil, dirt and dead skin cells to reveal our ‘new and younger looking selves’. Our facial shaves become streamlined enough to potentially earn us a spot on a hit TV show, or that next hot date. However, as the beach chairs are tucked away and the clothes pile on again, we stop forget about getting rid of the excess (like your back) and our once careful facial shaves begin to turn into things out of nightmares.
