Does proactive really work?
I don't have severe acne...just a zit here and there about once a month. Will proactive help reduce pore size and overall appearance of your skin? Has anyone ever tried it?
i've known a lot of people who used it and it didn't work for them.
the best thing to so is get a good product with salicylic acid 2%
it'lll prevent pimples from forming. www.paulaschoice.com has a good one (look under exfoliants and then 2% BHA liquid or gel) but it's expensive but the only stuff that works... and it lasts forever!
neutrogena is ok but doesn't work that well. thats the problem with drug store stuff... they dont' work.

how do I reduce the size of the pores on my nose for good?
The pores on my nose are huge! I cannot afford to see a dermatologist at the moment, for the fact that I'm 14 years old, and my mom has no med. insurance, but I really feel this is an issue for me. I've been using Proactive for the last couple of months, and it has helped with my acne somewhat, but does absolutely nothing for my pores. I feel disgusted every time I look in the mirror at school because you can see them worse due to the sunlight. Is there anyway I can permanently shrink them?
