I would like to naturally detox my body. I don't sleep very well and my skin is full of black heads, white heads, and every so often zits. It looks clear but when you get close it's not...my girlfriend scrubs my face but they come back within a day or two.
Okay so my bad habits are fast food occasionallyand I smoke tobacco. I know I need to quit that but how do you stop smoking cold turkey? Any suggestions? I want to get back to the body I had when I was 17yrs old and a Texas Track Star...I am not fat or anything but bbecauseof the smoking I do not have the stamina I used to. I don't want to get too damn old too quick! Please help. Thank you.
To detox your body naturally, start each day by drinking 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed in a glass of water. Any store brand will do, or if you can use, "Bragg" Organic Apple Cider Vinegar from the health food store. Smoking makes you blood acidic and this acidity makes tobacco cravings stronger, so when you stop cold turkey consuming more dairy products and taking alfalfa tablets (from the health food store) will make your blood alkaline, and that will help to ease the cravings. If you can stop smoking for 1 day use that as a basis for doing it again and so on. Take a comprehensive vitamin/mineral tablet like, "Centrum" every day and good luck.
My back and arms are so ugly. My back looks prickely with blemishes and with a dark discolouration that looks like my skin needs a good scrubbing. I have hated it for years and I always wear tops or a dress that will not show my back. I saw a dermatologist a few years ago and was told that there is nothing he can do to help me. I can't afford to go for private treatment. At the moment I'm using bio-oil but I believe there must be some product on the market that I can use more effectively. I am suffering from a bad back and wanted to have a full back massage but I can't for this reason. If anyone can share a solution, or is in the same boat as me, I would be grateful to hear from you. I would love to at least wear something summery on our family holiday.
peel off few green apples , mash it up make a paste and use as your shower gel for few weeks. its works wonderfully. when you put the paste to your skin wait for 10 mins. and wash it up....you will see the difference
