Skin issues...Please help!!?
Ok i have combination skin. Most moisturizers make my skin very oily. It is also very sensitive. This morning i noticed my upper cheek bone area was very swollen and bumpy looking. Is it irritation? I use aveeno clear compexion cream cleanser and clinique acne solution moisturizer (new). I am not sure if it's the clinique lotion irritating my skin. I also have a few pimples. What are good skincare products and moisturizers fro my skin...Thanks for the help!!!!
I searched for products for combination skin and I only found one that works for COMBINATION skin and I am using it. It is Artistry Time Defiance Skin care system Combination-to-Oily skin with great results in balancing my skin. They also have the Balancing skin care system for people younger than 25 years old and costs less. These products are made with natural ingredients and no animal testing. The systems come with a cleanser, toner, and lotion specifically for oily skin. The time defiance line also comes with a Night Recovery Lotion. I clean my face every night with this and use a clay masque at least once a week to get rid of black heads. You will have balanced skin before you know it. If a product is making your skin very oily that might be the reason you are getting acne. Look into getting a clay masque and use it at least once a week to pull the dirt out of your pores.

Why Use The Best Moisturizer
Everyone is aware of the advice to be sure to completely hydrate your skin to the best of your ability. That certainly goes for the consumption of water as well as the daily use of moisturizer. Failure to hydrate or protect your skin from the free radicals found in the sun begins a process which continues to break down the molecules in your skin until wrinkling and sagging is not only present but visible. The damages of free radicals can cause just as much damage as growing old itself, if not more. In fact, most radiation damage done by sun is done prior to the age of 20 for most people. By that point, while the symptoms may not be visible, you skin has already incurred enough damage to ensure a wrinkled existence in the years to come. The suns UV rays are not the only form of free radicals. There are also free radicals caused by smoking and air pollution that are just as damaging to your skin as the UV rays of the sun. We all know the damages of these things, however very few know how much keeping your skin moisturized can combat these effects.
While no one is saying that the use of moisturizer will counter act all of the damages that are caused by our environment, but it can help the skin protect itself enough that an effective wrinkle cream can finish the job. Moisturizers can not only provide the SPF needed to ward off the damages of the sun, but they keep the skin functioning the best that it can provided the amount of damage being done to it. Keeping the skin soft and moist is the best thing you can do until you provide yourself with a medical grade wrinkle cream. The only real solution to warding off these free radicals and damage caused by the sun and aging is a powerful wrinkle cream, but without a well hydrated skin they are less effective.
Make sure that you have a daily skin care routine that employs not only a moisturizer containing SPF but also a powerful wrinkle cream that can treat the collagen levels and promote new skin cells at the layers of your skin that need it most. Our environment does not take a minute off in its damage of our skin, be sure to do the same yourself with constant hydration and the treatment of wrinkles. This combination of moisturizer and wrinkle cream is the best chance we have, do not make the mistake of leaving yourself ungarded.
