Whats a good mild acne spot treatment?
I have very mild acne but it seems to be very stuborn, as well as i try using a ton of different spot treatments for the occasional pimple but nothing seems to work, any suggestions?
First off...watch your sugar intake.
Also increase your good oil intake (fish oils, olive oil)
I would suggest Tea Tree Oil (TTO) or Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). Just tab some Tea Tree Oil on the pimple. TTO is a natural antibacterial and antiseptic.
You can make a wash from ACV and a little water. make sure the ACV is organic and unfiltered (I believe a good brand is Dr. Braggs).
ACV is a natural clarifier.
