Isagenix® IsaDelight™ Introduction

How can I clear my spots... fast!?

I have some spots on my face. In the areas where I get a lot of oil building up; the chin;the nose area; and the forehead.

What changes could I make to my lifestyle in order to get rid of my spots quickly, and keep them away.

I currently use Clearasil Deep Cleansing Face Wash 2 times a day, every day, morning and night.

I DON'T drink a lot of water but I'm going to start.

I'm going to stop eating chocolate.

I eat a lot of chewy sweets such as Chewits and Fruitella, so I don't know if these will affect my spots.

I use a spot treatment gel by Neutrogena. It's called Rapid Clear I believe. Should I stop using this?

It would also be great if you could tell me more remedies that wont damage my skin.

Thanks a lot if you answer this! =D
I also already do a lot of exercise... I mean a LOT. I play Badminton three or four times a week and I play a lot of Football (Soccer) and do lots of Cycling and Running.

Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Acne Mark Fading Peel' is great for fading spots. Also yes, it is a wonderful idea to drink plenty of water. Water helps 'flush' everything out of your system.
You don't have to worry too much about the chocolate,(link below),or the Chewits and Fruitella, as I really don't think they would have any impact at all on your breakouts. The main thing is to be persistent, and you sound like you are doing just that!
