Anyone know of acne scar needling/TCA Cross treatments in Ohio?

Some TCA peel questions?
Do I just apply TCA to the trouble spots I wanna fix or my whole face like a mask? If just to the trouble spots, do I apply it to the area or do I have to put it exactly on the spot?
After I have used the TCA peel, what do i wash my face? Can I continue washing my face as i did before using a face wash? (the face wash product that i am using, link below).

Do I need to apply sunscreen if I just hide in my house until it heals? If not, What type of sunscreen will I need? Generic sunscreen like coppertone, or like a moisturizer that includes sunscreen (weak SPF-15)?
How often must I apply the ointment to keep the recovering scabs moist?
I'm sorry for asking so much, but the instructions that I've read were too vague and I don't want anything to go wrong as this is very risky.
