Tea Tree Oil Acne Products

Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Products. DOES IT WORK? ?


I'm going to buy the four steps of the Body Shop line of Tea Tree Oil products because people tell me its amazing! I have a few questions.

1) Obviously using acne products it gets worse before better, how long will this be?
2.) Will it work well on Mild/Moderate acne?

3)How long did it take for you??

- A side note.
School is in about 1 week, should I start the day I get it, (tomorrow for nightime) Or wait? I don't want to meet new people with an extra pimply face you know.

the blemish stick does suck. :( but the rest of the line is incredible. i highly recommend the foaming face wash, the toner, blemish fade night lotion (<333333), the exfoliater, the mask, and the actual tea tree oil.

you shouldn't wait to buy the products any longer. right now the body shop is having a sale on its tea tree, buy 2 for $18. that is an absolutely amazing deal that can save you up to $20 dollars. if you're buying the four step process, you're only gonna spend 36 dollars plus tax, as apposed to 50 something dollars... the sale ends on august 27, so i'd get going to the body shop asap. :)

the tea tree oils MIGHT cause you to break out at first BUT THAT'S A GOOD THING!! any good acne product will do that, because its getting rid of all the junk that's underneath the surface of your skin. if you see yourself breaking out a little bit more than usual, don't be discouraged. continue to use it, and you'll see results. :)

overall, i would definitely suggest tea tree to anyone struggling with acne. if for some reason you try it and don't like it, you could always go exchange it for the seaweed line... which works good for combination oily skin. but i love tea tree, and i know lots of people that do... i hope you become one of those people.

tea tree oil for acne?



Benzyl Peroxide,Tea Tree Oil, jojoba oil, and ACNE?


So..

I know that,
-Benzyl Peroxide
-Tea tree oil
-a good moisturizer with some jojoba oil
-a good cleanser

are all good for acne.

But these are a lot of things to be using at once.

What should my daily schedule with these products go like ?

Have you checked out acne.org ? The regimen on that site helped clear up my skin in about 1 month. Dan (the founder) suggests a gentle cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, and then the moisturizer. At night I cleanse, benzoyl peroxide, and use an AHA moisturizer. I have acne.org's jojoba oil & add in a couple drops to my morning moisturizer if my skin feels dry. I don't skip the regimen on ANY mornings or nights.
Personally I use Basis soap (haven't tried acne.org's), acne.org BP, Olay moisturizer (haven't tried acne.org's), acne.org AHA, and acne.org jojoba oil. I thought it was kinda expensive, especially with shipping, but I've been using my the website's products since April, I think, and I haven't run out yet.
I've tried tea tree oil before, but the smell was too strong for me.
