Is it worth it to take OTC estrogen pills for teenage acne?
I break out soo bad right before & during my period. No topical cream or fash wash works at all. I read that taking estrogen pills could help clear up acne. But I've also read the side effects it could cause.
I'd be taking OTC estrogen pills, btw.
I feel like it could be my only option.

I wouldn't advise bothering with estrogen pills. You can use birth control pills to get rid of acne: http://www.acnetreatment.org/birth-control.html
A lot of times you can get them free or nearly free, but you would need a prescription. If you're still with your parents you might have some explaining to do, as well -- but don't be embarrassed. Talk to them about it.
