I was just wondering if this was a good excerise program to do..
Everyday I will run anywhere from 3-4 miles, then sometime during the day do some type of strength training like 200 pushups or work with dumbells, and then maybe finish with some more cardio. I really need to just get rid of some of the extra fat that has been bothering me for about a years and turn it into something a little tighter in about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. I started this yesterday and I felt ok but anyone have any tips on good ways workouts that are fat burning at muscle building.
My day can sometimes be busy so I really don't have that much time for things like going to the gym, although I try and do it on weekends sometimes. I just want any advice on excerises that you can do at home, or with dumbells and medicine balls bc i have those.

the condoms leave a red ring around the bottom of his stick and he said it feels bruised.
theyre from planned parenthood and theyre pretty big.. theyre latex and extra strength, but is there any way to get bigger condoms?
oh and would this cause leaking, or using a bigger one cause leaking?
he rolls it to the full length, man. it aint like hes got a small one. 7 inches is pretty decent, id think.. not worried about size tho, just the condom..
Some condoms come in different shapes..like Durex "Love". Try that. Or, if he gets soft then hard, the condom could be unrolling then causing a tight ring where it rolled down to. Try to monitor the condom because if he goes flaccid while inside you, the condom may become looser and release some sperm (unlikely, but possible).
