i just bought this tinted acne treatment cream. no clue what the heck it does. i already have the face wash... not helping too much. help anyone? does this cream work wonders?
I have what you have, but not ultra.
Whe you apply then, it will cover your pimple, but it does leave some sort of color discoloration.
Your pimple will get dry.
No cream will work wonders, but it will work.

As you know acne is a condition caused by the skin's sebaceous glands. The sebaceous glands secrete an oily substance called sebum , a substance that acts as a lubricant for the skin protecting it from irritation. The sebum reaches the surface of the skin through pores.
Scientists claim that they created a new drug called SMT D002 that can slow and reduce the production of sebum by almost 90 %.During the tests, the drug did not produced any significant side-effects to volunteers , almost 70% of the patients responding to the drug.
The drug is still in the test faze , but there are many pharmaceutical companies that want to turn it intro a acne cream.
Also a new machine (IsMlaz™) was launched earlier this month.The machine treats acne with a new light technology that kills bacteria that causes acne.The face skin is streched and brought closer to the light beam.It's painless and it takes 2 to 4 sessions of 15 minutes to cure 80% of the acne.The machine has no side effects and it's the only machine approved by the FDA for non inflammatory as well as inflammatory acne.
There are also some older ,but effective techniques like laser resurfacing and Fractional laser therapy.Laser resurfacing is used to treat severe forms of acne (acne vulgaris ) or acne scars.A treatment takes about an hour.The procedure is pretty simple.The face skin is cleansed and a blue tint is applied . Then an anaesthetic is applied on the face.The blue tint darkens parts of the skin to allow the the laser to pick out exactly the areas that need treating.You don't feel anything and it takes about seven days for full healing.
