Oily Skin Problem?

^^ i have oily skin and some acne, but it doesnt bother me a whole lot; but i'd still like to rid of it. Any ideas to help me out? I could check google or something but these answers tend to be better, i think. I already got a tomato and garlic masque from a local Spa, but I need moooreee. ^^ Thankyou.

Drinking lots of water will help you. Try meditating every now and then to get rid of any underlying stress you might have as that can cause acne too. You don't have to sit in the lotus pose or anything, you can just go for a walk somewhere and let your thoughts wander.

As for the oily skin, make sure you don't over wash it and cause it to dry out, as your skin will react by becoming more oily. If your skin isn't oober sensitive, then try some simple oil control wipe things from Biore - they work really well!

Also, wine will help your skin immensely. If you have fair skin, use white wine, if you have darker skin, use red. Just put some on a cotton ball, and dab it over your face - or just on the acne - it helps tons!
