what is the best acne treatment? for open pores, pimples, clogged pores etc.?
I would like to know what are the best acne treatments out there, like cleansers, toners, masks...etc. thanks a lot!

Well, there is ``Exposed Acne Treatment`` that has a kit of 5. It`s an easy acne remedy. Neutrogena Acne Wash.Look for ``oil-free`` and
`` non-comedogenic`` products. There is more products:Clearasil, Panoxyl, Salac, Aveeno bar.
Tips:
Water: Have six glasses each day.
Colorful fruit and vegetables: Have five daily servings, including red/orange/yellow vegetables and fruits, purple foods, green foods, onions and garlic,and ‘seed’ foods such as peas.
Fresh seeds: Each day have one tablespoon of mixed fresh seeds, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sesame or ground hemp/linseed.
Essential fats: Have a tablespoon of cold-pressed seed oils daily and oily fish three times a week.
Fiber-rich foods: Eat plenty of whole grains, root vegetables, lentils and beans.
Organic foods: Eat organic as far as possible.
Alternatives to dairy products: Try sometimes using alternatives to milk and cheese such as Soya, milk and tofu.
Vegetable sources of protein: Include some Soya, beans, lentils and sprouted seeds.Yoghurt: Have low-fat, live, organic yoghurt.
Alcohol: Avoid completely or limit your alcohol intake.
Tea and coffee: Have no more than two cups a day.
As compared to other types of teas, green tea is not fermented instead it is steamed soon after been plucked in order to prevent the oxidation of the leaves to retain the active substances within the leaves.
Green tea (Camellia Sinensis) extract contains high content of Polyphenols. Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), a potent antioxidant is another most important component of green tea.

It finds the acne you have and claims to treat future outbreaks that you cannot see. It is for used for mild to moderate acne problems. It is used for adults and teens. This product eliminates spots, pimples, blackheads, whiteheads and pus. Exposed Acne Skin Care is another topical product that works similar to Acenzine. A treatment that is available by prescription is Accutane. It is a super strong medication for those who suffer from severe acne. There are side effect of the drug including dry lips, birth defects, and liver problems. So use this product with care. Alternative treatments for acne focus on the proper cleaning of the skin by washing. This usually means to remove oil and bacteria. This includes eating a well balanced diet high in fiber. Often the person should avoid alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, sugar, and processed foods. Some natural products used on acne are oatmeal, apple cider vinegar, tea tree oil and aloe vera. Topical acne treatments are usually creams or gels that are rubbed into the skin. It is effective because the medicine is applied directly on the skin condition. They do not cause as many side effects because they are not absorbed by the blood stream. A medication take orally is in the blood stream so this is more powerful. Tetracyclines are the most commonly prescribed oral antibiotics for acne. A few of the popular medications are minocycline and doxycycline. The blackheads and pimples are extracted with a tool called a comedo extractor. This is probably a last resort for some patients.
