Does a poor diet = oily skin, large pores, dry, frizzy, flat hair?
So I have always been a junk food junkie and have had dry hair all my life, my skin after I'm done washing my face is dry and kinda tight but with in 20 mints my t-zone is super shiny not oily, about 2 hrs after I put on toner n lotion it's oil city on my t-zone and the most oil is around my nose and cheecks. I do everything rite luke warm water, take my time washing my face go in upward circels exfoliAte 1 or 2 week oil free make up mostrize, And for my hair I always use a heat protecter before styling and a hair mask 2-3 times a week. I have tried almost every product and I heard to take vitamin e a c and fish oil And a colon cleanse system Witch I did do a while ago n my skin stoped breacking out so much but still left the pizza grease skin!!!
Plzzz help I'm broke cuz of this problem and can't take it anymore!
Eat green leafy vegetables and salads.
and yes, poor diet = bad skin
eat lots of fruits! and get a better moisturizer

Don't Fight Skin Damage With More Chemicals - Check Your Labels & Use Natural Anti-aging Skincare Products Instead
Have the extremes of Summer or Winter weather taken a toll on your skin? Most Anti-Aging product advertising focuses on the damaging effects of free radicals – typically caused by stress, pollution and severe weather conditions like sun or cold temperatures. What follows is an actual comparison of the Ingredients found in a nationally branded Anti-Aging Lotion product and PUR ESSENTIALS RENEWAL Plus 30 Daily Lotion. The information included in this comparison is taken directly from the web sites for both products. This comparison is not intended to demean the national brand product but rather to get our readers to be more careful about the products they use on their skin.
National Brand Anti-Aging Day Lotion
This product claims to neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals on the skin and provide a sunscreen technology to protect the wearer from sun-induced DNA damage to the skin. In addition to the trademarked sunscreen technology, the web site and advertising lists Feverfew, Soy and Vitamin E as important anti-oxidant and moisturizing components.
Active Ingredients: Avobenzone (1.8%), Homosalate (7%), Octisalate (4%), Octocrylene (1.5%), Oxybenzone (2%) [Note: These are all sunscreen ingredients - so essentially you are purchasing a sunscreen that also moisturizes]
