Toner Sealed Full Can I return skin care products if I haven't used them that long?
I used this toner about 3 times, so if I poured it out, it could be a few drops. The bottle is still full and there was no seal on it in the first place. Could I return it?
It depends on where you bought it. Some stores will take back products if you have a reason (don't like it, not what you expected, made you break out, etc). Some will only take back an item if you have the receipt. Others won't take back any personal care items at all.
Best bet - go to the website for the store where you bought the toner and check their return policy.
