Topical Creams Acne

I'm 24, I have had acne since I was 11. I've tried topical, pills, proactiv, nothing helps...any suggestions?


I've been to dermatologists, I've tried topical ointments, prescribed soaps, internal medicine, erythromycin, topical creams with steroids, etc....I've pretty much tried everything...the only thing that seems to help is when I shave the hair off my body...it's like the acne only comes up around the hair follicles...like I'm allergic to my own hair or something. I was okay with acne, it's just that now, I have one in the middle of my lower back that is like an open gaping wound, and it always leaks fluid...any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!?!?

Home remedy for pimples.

Please check if you have any allergies or sensitivity with some ingredients; such as glycerin, lemons, orange, garlic, papaya, eggs, etc.

Make a paste by mixing honey and cinnamon powder. Apply this paste on the pimples before sleeping and wash it next morning with warm water. Repeat for two weeks, pimples will disappear forever.
Apply a mixture of 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
Make orange peel paste by grinding it in some water. Apply on and around pimples.
Rub fresh garlic on and around pimples. Pimples will disappear without a mark with regular applications.
Mix groundnut oil with an equal amtount of fresh lime juice and apply on face. leave for 10-15 minutes and wash. It may be applied daily to prevent formation of blackheads and pimples.
Apply juice of raw papaya (including the skin and seed) on swelling pimples.
Apply fresh lime juice mixed to a glass of boiled milk as a face wash for pimples, blackheads, and cracked skin.
Mix lime juice and rose water in equal portions. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
Apply ripe tomatoes pulp on pimples and keet upto 1 hour, then wash.
Make a paste of ground orange peel with water. Apply on affected area. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
Make a paste of salt in vinegar. Rub it on the pimples. Wash it off after 20-30 minutes with lukewarm water.
Apply of fresh mint juice over face every night to cure pimples or acne.
Drinking of wheatgrass juice may remove acne.

Topical Acne Cream



If i put moisturizer over my topical acne cream will it effect how it works?


when i go to sleep, i put differin and duac on my skin, but i like to put a moisturizer over it because it really dries out my skin. does putting the moisturizer over the medication effect how it works? i use my dermatologist recommended oil free nuetrogena moisturizer but i feel like it kind of washes off the medication? does this make sense?

I don't believe it will affect the acne treatment product, just give it a minute or so for the product to sink in to your skin and then apply the moisturizer.
