really good scar treatment for a large scar?
i have several scars from the eraser game (an eraser is rubbed on the skin until the skin breaks) from about a month ago. the scabs are gone, now its just 5 big red marks on my stomach. i have tried target brand gel but its not working very well. cant be too expensive bc parents dont know. i can not wear a swimsuit like this. the scars are about 2-3 inches long and 1-2 wide each. please help!!! thank you!
Best treatment for any scar that is healed is a decent lotion or even olive oil. What you want to do is encourage blood flow to the area so the skin repairs itself.
Take the lotion and rub in circles over your scars. You need to press very firmly, and really work the lotion in. Keep adding lotion so the area stays slippery and do this at least 6 times a day. It seems like a lot but it really does work. My best friend is a sister (very senior nurse) on a burns unit and they insist that all their patients do this to their healing burns scars as it works wonders and keeps the skin soft and supple.
