Underarm Pimples Acne

Underarm acne/pimples???


In my armpits i have these weird pimples. They could very well be razor bumps but theyre behaving more like acne!!! How to get rid of and prevent in the future??
im only 15 so the way of getting rid and preventing has to be very inexpensive

Are they ingrowns maybe? Exfoliate regularly and use a good shaving cream. Try waxing as the regrowth is softer and keep an eye out for any ingrows you can pluck out before they get too infected.

Pimples or ingrowns you should use an underarm roll-on deodorant with alcohol. The alcohol should dry them out and hopefully prevent new ones. Wear loose fitting tops/sleeveless tops when you can.

Do you think this is armpit acne or something else?


I've read a lot about people who get a pimple or two in their armpits, but I have lots of pimple-like bumps in my underarms. I do shave, but I have gone for months without shaving. I wear natural deodorant. Nothing seems to affect them. They usually do not hurt, and don't seem to go away or get bigger. Once in a while one will come to a head and I will squeeze whitish colored pus out of it (like a pimple). I am mostly just curious and don't really see the need to go to the doctor for this. They have been there since I was a teenager and I don't really know when they came about. I still have acne on my face, so maybe it is just acne? It is kinda gross, but they are usually not very red or irritated looking- just bumps under the skin which you can't really see more than feel. Clogged sweat glands, boils, rash, ingrown hairs... what do you think?

i get that too. there is a chemical in deodorant (even natural ones) that can cause pimples, cysts, etc. to help, when you are taking a shower, use a facial scrub that is medicated for acne on your armpits. since you shave your armpits, it can cause the skin to be dry which will clog pores.
